This one-of-a-kind remodel was a Contemporary Living exclusive; purchased, designed and fully renovated in-house from start to finish. We completely reimagined the ground floor layout, taking a bold approach by reversing the original configuration. The kitchen and bathroom were relocated to the opposite side of the home, creating a more functional flow and a far stronger connection between living space and garden. The property was extended at the rear both downstairs and upstairs, this allowed us to introduce a spacious walk-in wardrobe and a beautifully positioned bathroom overlooking the garden. The garden presented a natural tiered landscape. Instead of forcing it flat, we leaned into its character. By introducing defined steps and fencing, we created two distinct areas. The result is a moderately sized garden that feels expansive. This property is truly one of a kind and no expense was spared.
