For this Type 3M villa in The Springs, the brief was clear: a complete transformation. The client wanted a warm, comfortable family home, with the flexibility to entertain effortlessly outdoors. The garden presented an interesting opportunity. Its long rectangular shape allowed us to create defined zones without compromising flow. We positioned the pool at the rear for privacy and visual impact, placed the BBQ and main entertaining area centrally, and designed additional seating near the house where the full-width doors open directly onto the garden. The result is a natural progression of space, from indoor living to outdoor hosting, without feeling segmented. Internally, the villa was extended and fully renovated throughout. Every surface, finish, and layout decision was upgraded to a new standard. This was not a cosmetic update, it was a structural and aesthetic reinvention designed around how the family actually lives.
