Jumeirah Golf Estates

The client sought a renovation that blended modern elegance with traditional charm for their 5-bedroom standalone villa. The renovation's centrepiece was a spacious, open-plan living and dining area designed to be family-friendly. Enhancements included a games room with a home cinema, pool table, and bar. The villa's standout feature was its unique circular swimming pool, complete with a swim-up bar and an entertainment area centred around a fire pit.

Polo Homes

The client envisioned a distinctive, captivating outdoor entertainment space spanning 6,750 square feet, featuring a 25-meter lap pool complete with a swim-up bar. Their requirements included a clear acrylic viewing panel in the pool, overlooking a sunken seating area designed for ultimate relaxation. This space was to bewith high-end barbecue appliances, a pizza oven, and a state-of-the-art entertainment system

Jumeirah Islands

This project was truly a pleasure to work on. The client envisioned a unique and stunning villa in the heart of Jumeirah Islands. The project involved a comprehensive redesign of the villa’s exterior facade, an extension of the plot acquired from Nakheel, and an overhaul of the interior layout and architecture. The villa boasts numerous unique design elements, such as custom-made African teak wooden shower floors and a natural stone feature wall in the living area. The centerpiece of the villa is a striking floating marble staircase, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the garden entertainment area and the lake.
